[25.08.2006] SRG Swiss Rights Awarded
UEFA has granted the Swiss UEFA Champions League broadcast rights for the 2006-09 period to free-to-air broadcaster SRG SSR and pay-TV channel Teleclub.

The agreement means SRG SSR will show at least one live game per match week and highlights on both Tuesday and Wednesday nights. All games together with highlights will be shown on Teleclub.

'UEFA is delighted to continue working with its existing partners SRG SSR and Teleclub for the next three seasons,' said UEFA Chief Executive Lars-Christer Olsson. 'The arrangement will guarantee great exposure for the competition, offering fans in Switzerland all kinds of opportunities to continue to enjoy the UEFA Champions League experience.'
